The house (internally referred to as “House A”) uses a Schlage smart lock. You’re welcome to self check-in any time after 4:00 PM — your personal access code is sent about 3 days before arrival, so please confirm you’ve received it before you travel.

If you have any trouble getting in, text or call us right away (see Contact Us above) and we’ll get you sorted.

Check-in is 4:00 PM. If you’re arriving earlier, check the Local Area guide below for things to do while you wait.

We can’t confirm early check-in until about 48 hours before your stay, once we know if there’s a same-day turnover. If there’s no same-day turn, we’re often happy to let you in about an hour early on request. Earlier than that may carry an early check-in fee.

Circular gravel parking in front fits up to 3 vehicles.

Please don’t block the driveway on the left side of the house — it leads back to our sister listing, Belmont Cottage, so that lane needs to stay clear for those guests.

The minimum age to book this property is 25. Exceptions may be reviewed by the owner on request — just reach out before booking.

Look closely — there are recessed drawers built inside some of the larger kitchen drawers. Many guests miss them and think we’re short on utensils! Check inside the drawers for extra storage.

Thermostats are in the main hallway. Please don’t run the heat or AC with doors or windows open, and avoid setting AC below 68° so the unit doesn’t overwork and freeze.

Laundry: Washer/dryer are free to use for all guests. We recommend the quick-wash cycle and cleaning the lint trap after drying.

Coffee: A Keurig single-pod brewer and an 8–12 cup drip coffee maker are both available.

• Check the GFCI outlet behind the microwave and reset it there
• Check the off switch underneath the kitchen sink
• Check the breaker box outside on the right corner of the house (facing front)

The router is in the first bedroom on the right when facing the house. If the internet is glitchy, you can unplug and replug it — please do not press the reset button, as that clears saved passwords.

A pack n’ play and a stroller are available in the front-right bedroom closet. Please clean and re-store anything you use, and leave the pack n’ play sheets out for our cleaners to wash.

No need to take cans to the curb yourself — a neighborhood helper rolls the cans in and out. Pickup is Thursday mornings.

Lawn maintenance may occasionally occur during your stay, which can mean 20–30 minutes of noise sometime after 10:00 AM.

Basic patio with a charcoal Weber grill and two Adirondack chairs — a nice spot to relax in the yard.

The house sits directly off Main St, so you may hear some street/traffic noise — just something to be aware of going in.
